How do i strap my ankle properly with something other than the brown sports tape as i am allergic to it.?
I have weak ankles and i am allergic to that brown sports tape apparently its the zinc oxide in it. But I need to know how to strap it for tennis and soccer.
I am allergic to common tape adhesives as well. You can go to a surgical supply house and obtain several brands of white cloth tapes that are hypo-allergenic. Check your phone book yellow pages for surgical supply houses. Ask them for advice they answer this question daily.
